Privacy summary

Last updated September 15, 2026.

Usermon is a monitoring product for application performance. This page summarizes what we collect and how long telemetry is kept.

What we collect

  • Account details you provide: name, email, and password (hashed).
  • Organization, project, member, invite, billing, and integration settings you configure.
  • Telemetry your apps send through ingest keys: sessions, RUM events, API spans, and exceptions.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, power dashboards, evaluate alerts, process billing via Stripe, and send transactional email such as password resets. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Monitoring telemetry (sessions, RUM events, API spans, exceptions, and rollups) is retained for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Session replay recordings and their stored video chunks are retained for 5 days, then deleted automatically. Lookback in the product is capped at the 30-day window. Account and organization records remain until you cancel and request deletion.
